SFGC has a Governing Council constituted as per Bangalore University regulations. Members of the governing council are accomplished academicians and management experts and they monitor both academic and administrative matters pertaining to the institution. The Governing Council meets four times in a year to review academic and administrative work and discuss problems, if any, and to give directions for the future.
