Mentoring System
The MCA department at Seshadripuram First Grade College follows a structured and student-centric mentoring system designed to support students academically, professionally, and personally throughout the program.
Each student is assigned a faculty mentor who acts as the first point of contact for guidance and support. The mentoring system ensures close interaction between students and faculty, enabling early identification of academic challenges and timely intervention.
