Seshadripuram First Grade College (SFGC) offers several scholarship and financial aid options for students enrolled in their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program, primarily through the Seshadripuram Educational Trust (SET) and government schemes.

Seshadripuram Educational Trust (SET) Scholarships

The management provides internal merit-based financial rewards to high-achieving students:

  • Merit Scholarship: A cash prize of ₹10,000 is awarded to students who secure 90% and above in their qualifying examinations (Undergraduate degree for MCA).
  • Fee Waiver: Students who have completed their undergraduate degree from a SET sister institution may be eligible for a waiver of the management quota admission fee (approximately ₹25,000).
  • Academic Excellence: Merit certificates are awarded to top scorers in individual subjects and for overall academic performance in the university exams.
  • Sports Scholarships: Outstanding sports achievers at the national or international level can receive scholarships up to ₹10,000.
  • Endowment & Alumni Prizes: The college offers various endowment prizes for batch toppers and alumni-funded scholarships for meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds.

Government Scholarships

SFGC assists students in applying for various state and central government scholarship portals:

  • State Scholarship Portal (SSP): Available for Karnataka students, providing variable financial support based on category.
