Counselling Cell

SFGC ensures a student-friendly ambience. The constitution of the Counselling and Grievance Redressal Cell is a part of our incessant effort to create a conducive atmosphere. This cell, consisting of trained and experienced faculty, deals with non-academic grievances, while mentors sort out academic matters. Grievances can be posted in the suggestion boxes, which are opened every week. In response to suggestions expressed by students, many steps have been taken, among them: installation of ceiling fans in classrooms, provision of lift facility for disabled students, establishment of gymnasium, wellness centre, the centre for women empowerment, computerization of office-work, subsidized canteen and hostel.

The Counseling and Grievance Redressal Cells are made up of faculty trained by NIHMANS and Banjara Academy. They have received training to understand adolescents and their behavior, emotional intelligence, motivation and work-life balance.
